Frequently asked questions

Which branded programme is the most liquid on resale?

Armani Burj Khalifa and Bvlgari Jumeirah Bay — average resale 60-90 days, continuous international demand. Cavalli Tower is also liquid but on a younger segment.

Is furniture always included with branded?

Variable. Included in limited edition at Bentley Home, Cavalli, Aston Martin, Versace. Optional at Armani Burj Khalifa, Bvlgari. Always request the detailed list and value of included furniture before signing.

Do automotive-branded residences hold value?

The segment is riskier — auto brands change owners, positioning, or vanish (Saab case). Bugatti and Aston Martin are stable, but brand-risk is higher than at Bvlgari or Armani.
